. I went to the Mall, downtown, and a other places all within 5 - 15 minutes of driving.

This was by far the mot pleasant stay we have ever had at any hotel. The Staff was by far the friendliest group of people that I have ever seen.
They helped us plan what to do while in Nashville, including getting us tickets to teh Country Music Hall of Fame.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Nashville. 5 STARS!!!

I stayed with the Best Western Music City Inn on 4-21-07 and not only was the room perfect, the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was just right. They were highly knowledgable about the area and answered all questions. It was one of the best places I have stayed in the recent future and I plan to stay there again next time I am in town.

Don't dare make a reservation here! You will be unpleasantly surprised when you arrive and they refuse your reservation. Management is very rude and inconsiderate to the needs of customers.

Very pleased overall!!! Only has issues with reservations. Very clean and staff extra good at what they do! My family was very happy with the whole room.
