Room was overpriced for how small it was. Found hair in the bathtub, old coffee in the coffeemaker, door knob was broken in bathroom and six year old became trapped inside. Nice location though, stream in back of room was nice. No breakfast. I'll try another place next time.

I loved the stream or river out my back door, with a nice area to sit and relax, picnic tables, chairs, BBQ grills, trees and ducks hanging out. I thought the room was a little small, not many places to put your stuff or move around, but I didn't spend much time in the room so it was ok. Next to the aquairum and close to the Hard Rock Cafe. Right in the middle of downtown Gatlinburg. Food, shopping and fun nearby.

Very small room with tiny bathroom price was over one hundred dollars per night. The location was great but for the money you could get a much more comfortable place to stay.

The location is great. You are close to everything. The trolley stop is right by the hotel if you want to go to the Pigeon Forge area. (The trolley is cheap to ride and you don't have to worry about fighting the traffic.) The rooms were clean, the beds are supper soft and comfortable.
