The hotel is old but the bottom floor room in the Palms suited our family of six very well. Everyone was happy.

VERY dirty.
Incompentent staff.
Loud neighbors, thin walls...people next door to us were smoking POT in the non-smoking room next to ours which wafted under the adjoining door to our room.
Exterior was worn, cracked, and moldy... I was glad to return home from this vacation!
