    way possible. Our coffeepot didn't work the day we arrived called the front desk and response was bring it right down and we will replace it, is their anything else we can do for you? If so call to make your stay as easy as possible. We also had to change our room space because our son decided to go ...

    My husband and I stayed only 1 night last summer while visiting relatives in S.C., The room was very clean and a good size. We are going back this year and taking our 13 year old with us for a 5 night stay to enjoy the beach.

  • More Than I expected

    The location was excellent..the room..were so clean..and clean smelling..and of all things..rocking chairs..on the balcony..that was awesome..Had the best time..Just wished the parking was better..not enough parking..for everyone..and I did not like that you did not park in a garage..and..they clean with bleach..did not know this..it make havic..with my sinus's..but overall..it was great

  • Best Place to Stay

    I loved the Place it was relaxing and Wonderful. The best Part is that all the rooms are Ocean Front and you have your own personal Balcony with rocking chairs. Indigo Inn is also a family safe hotel. But you might won't to beware the pool it is cold all day I guess cause the sun bearly hits it. But you can walk through the gate of the pool to the BEACH!!!!!!!!!!!

    It was a very clean place, this was my families first trip to Myrtle Beach and this hotel was the best part of our trip. We were treated very good and plan to go back again....

    very clean rooms, even smelled clean.very nice staff especially housekeeping.we loved everything about this hotel the only thing we can complain about would be the elevators.they are too small and too slow.great spot on the beach one of south side's best values.

    My husband and I have stayed here twice and will again!! While they didn't have alot of extras the place is a good place. The view is AWESOME it is right on the beach out in front of the other hotels so you can look out from left to right and see for MILES!! They do have an outdoor pool and a hot tub which close at 11pm.ALL ROOMS ARE ...

  • good everything except sleep

    we loved the view. beautiful balcony. room was very clean. location was great. loads of channels on the tv.

    showers weren't pleasant. the shower heads were at my neck level and i'm 5"7. the beds were average. but the covers were terrible. therefore we didn't have a nice sleep.

    overall little dissapointed. was expecting better ...

    The location of the hotel was perfect. Easy to access beautiful view. Worst customer service ever. Felt like they were doing me a favour by letting me stay there. got to the hotel early hours they were not open but the sign said it was open. The woman who was working at the front desk was not only rude but yelled at us because she wasn't there to let us into our room. VERY unfriendly- it made me not want to stay there again.
