The location was wonderful. It was right on the beach, only steps away. The service and staff were also great. They were very helpful and kind at all times.

Hotel in need of some updates and maintenance. It's looking a little worn. But the location right on the beach can't be beat! Only place in Hilton Head where you can get beachfront location for a reasonable price!

My husband and I had a great experience at the HolidayInn on Hilton Head Island. The one that we stayed in allowed pets and we were able to take our West Highland Terrier with us! The room was very clean, the location was great. Very close to the beach and there is alot of restaurants and shopping in the area. The pool was also really nice and quiet (as most people were at the beach) There are some great outlet stores.

The hotel is very run down. The rooms were dirty. Grounds and pool average. I left a comment card @ check out, but never contacted by anyone. BIG SURPRIZE Will stay elsewhere next time

Loved everything.my daughter is arriving there tonight with her boyfriend who will be returning to Iraq very soon

Location is the only good thing to say about this place. Rooms were clean, service mediocre, restaurant was the pits. Poor service there, poor food and very, very high prices. They charge for EVERY little extra and charge big $$$. Even vending machines are a ripoff. Definitely nothing cheap here and watch your billing. They tried to charge us more than the reserved rate, had I not caught it.

Not a pleasant experience. Room was poorly ventilated with a window unit air conditioner which did not work well. Room was not clean.
