This Holiday In Is The Best By Far Around Florence SC. I Love Staying There. The Staff Is Great, The Restaurant Is Great, The Lounge Needs Some Work, Bartender Isnt That Nice. The Rooms Were Immaculate, Front Desk Girls Are The Nicest By Far. Mandy Is WONDERFUL, Carina Is Hilarious & Very Friendly. I Really Enjoy My Stay Every Time I Come To Florence SC. I choose this hotel because they advertised a cafe and lounge. I arrived just before 9pm,very tired from a long drive, thinking to grab a bite and maybe a drink. The cafe was already closed, so I thought I would try the lounge, the information book in the room said it was open until midnight...but not so, they were already closing before 10pm. ...

I dislike the hotel, because it wasn't clean
and I was bit by bed bugs this weekend. We were at a family reunion and thye hospitality was terrible. They didn't want to accomadate us. I had to report being bit by bed bugs to corporate on July 13th, because the owner did not want to hear it. I had pictures and everything, both beds had bed bugs in them.
