nice place to relax and just enjoy the beach..the beach was great and the pool very large...Did not use any of the services at the condo so thats why just a 3... musqitos at night though made swiming in the pool not so enjoyable..no need to take dalfin crusies as they swim by the shore daily. would return but we usually go to a different beach each ...

We love that HHI Beach & Tennis Resort is right on the ocean, it's clean, it's family friendly, and the pool is huge! This will be our 4th trip back to stay there in August 2005. The service is excellent, and the places are clean and well furnished. We love going there!

The one bedrooms include bunk beds for small children in addition to the bedroom and fold out couch in the living room. An Excellent value right on the beach, complete with pools, fitness center, kids arcade and activities, restaraunts, bars, and kids entertainment all summer. Highly recommended for families with small children.

This resort is exactly mid-island, thus it is convenient to all the dining and shopping. We love to stay on Admiral's Row in an ocean front condo. My wife and I have stayed and Beach and Tennis every year since 1997. We love the privacy and family friendly atmosphere. Although it's 15-20 minutes from the Sea Pines traffic circle, the bonuses are well worth it. Careful though, washer and dryers are provided on site, and not in every room as it can seem from a lot of ads we have read. If you have a family, this is the place to stay. Private beach and large pool for guests only ++.

I was completly dissappionted in the location. I realized after the fact that the heart of the Island is Forest Beaach, we had to get in our car and drive to where all the action is at, and where the beach bike trails too. I would not recommend this location.

We have stayed at this resort each year for the past five years. This year we decided to rent a tennis villa.(2bdrm, 2baths) We wanted the extra space. We rented through an owner and this villa was unbelievable. The food at the onsite restaurant was outstanding. Our three yr old daughter loved the Monday kazoo show and the daily activities.
