Poor insulation. If you want a great night sleep, this is not the place. We heard neighbors having conversations and yelling at their kids. Every time other people's shower turned on, it sounded like a big roar. When the neighbor closed their doors, it rattled our door. And the doors are not made to close, they actually SLAM!!

The beds were sooooo comfortable!! The room was very nice, and very clean. The staff was very polite. They even let us check into our room early since it was ready, and they let us have a late check out. The room was so big too. I enjoyed it a lot and will definitely return. It was a tad on the expensive side though, even for the off-season when not as many people are checking in.
