This place is overpriced and is not even walking distance to town. Once you get to town you have to pay another $15 to park for the day. Rooms are small, not very clean, and they allow pets....which meant I had a barking dog in the room next door and barely got any sleep. When I was checking out the woman next to me was complaining about the fact ...

Great for Kids and parents too!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/28/07
Stayed at the New Hope Inn several times and it is great for families. Pool is terrific for those hot Bucks County summer days, and New Hope/Lambertville is very short drive to town. Plenty of space for for kids to runaround and a small playground for them burn off more energy if the pool does not do it. Mom and Dad can play tennis and sit by ...

We will probably be back
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/09/07
I usually stay at the Best Western for a weekend 2-3 times a year. It is very conveniently located. However, the staff at the desk (always different) are not very competent. One time the desk clerk tried to charge us $60 more than we were quoted when we reserved. This past weekend, I asked the desk clerk to put one night on my credit card and I ...

Better off sleeping in your car.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/06/06
This place is just awful. When I called to confirm my reservation, they had no record and blamed it on computer error. Fine. However, made no apologies for it and proceeded to charge me a higher rate. No one in management ever returned my call. The rooms are terrible and the staff is completely incompitant and unwilling to accomodate their ...

We would think twice
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/19/06
We found the room adequate but old. The bathroom needed updating....the door was worn and the bathtub had a major chip. Also we saw a bug crawling across the wall. The people in the next room were loud and fighting at 2 am. The price was way too high for the quality of the room and overall, it was a disapointing experience.

Really disappointed
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/14/06
Had to change room 3 times first night (1st room toilet broke, 2nd room stunk, 3rd room TV didn't work 1st night and bath tub drain didn't work). Had terrible time meeting with management to voice inconveniences and when speaking with them they didn't offer any apologies right away or what they could do for us but only asked what we ...

Rooms Refurbished
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/30/06
I returned to the Best Western New Hope Inn after three years and I must say that I was impressed with the rooms. They have just finished refurbishing all the rooms and the bathrooms as well. I will definitely stay there again.

It's ok
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/18/06
I like the place only because it's the only hotel in the new hope area that isn't a b&b. It' ok...not the best. Wish it has some ammenities lke a fridge, microwave ans a jacussi. Rebecca...Middletown, Pa By the way, on the review guidlines, if it's not a good review, you erase it, right? Can you get some softer mattresses?
It is a nice hotel and everything, but you're going to pay more than you should for a room. The reason for that is because it is one of the only reasonably affordable hotels in the area where you can get a room on short notice. You would have to travel pretty far, either into New Jersey or to Doylestown to find another hotel. I think it has a pool and ther service is pretty standard.
