Cleanrooms but thin walls. Over priced for the location.

From the outside, this place looks very basic and the price seems a little high. However, we were very pleasantly suprised when we saw the room. It was very large and beautifully decorated. Also very clean.
We watched a comedy act in the lounge in the evening and it was wonderful entertainment for a very low price.

Excellent beds, very clean, good parking, convenient to town, and has a good restraunt as well. Very good breakfast, and excellent clam chowder. It is also right on hwy 101.

I made a reservation a day ahead for 3 people, 2 beds. When we arrived (7 pm) we were given ONE bed and then told that there were no more roll aways available. Our teenage son had to sleep on the floor! I spent $100.00 and he slept on the floor!! The hot tub was nice, but the pool was so murcky one could not see to the bottom. Needless to say ...

In the last year I have had to change rooms twice, due to the fact that my first room was dirty. The first time I had burn marks in the carpet and the chair, and a big stain on the floor. They gave me a free nights stay ( I wont be using it) The second time the chair had black stains all over it, and had cracker crumbs in the chair also, Ritz ...

We originally wanted 2 queen size beds which they didn't have, they gave 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed in-stead. The rooms were spacious.
