This hotel is fantastic. They have it down when it comes to sustainability and hospitality. Great location. They are 1/2 way done with remodeling - which will make this the nicest hotel in Portland- Plus the rooms are HUGE! Friendly staff and environmentally friendly - who could ask for more.

We have stayed at this hotel twice and even though they have their own parking garage they still charge their guests $18 a NIGHT for parking. It is outragoues after paying the lodging. Both times we stayed our rooms were at the very end of a long hallway! We won't stay again because of the tacked on parking charge, no matter how nice or convenient it is to the city!

We stayed at the doubletree lloyd center in portland for six nights. We had a premium king room with a balcony facing the city, nice view. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was adequate with two lavatories. The staff were attentive to all of our requests. The two restaurants had great food and service. Excellent place to stay. It should be rated more than a three star.
