It was noisy, the staff was not helpful, and the room was on the dirty side. No value here. the water was very cold and the toliet never quit running.

Not Your Best Option

I have stayed in this motel 3 times, because of the location. My main gripe is with their stupid room lockboxes, for which they charge $1.50 per day. It is such a hassle to try and get the lockbox charges reversed, that I just save myself the aggravation, and pay. They would be better served to invest in room microwaves and refrigerators, and forget about lockboxes.
The carpets were absolutely filthy. Check in and check out was a total disaster. The front desk clerks were rude and very unfriendly. This is the first Comfort Inn and Suites that I have stayed at that I would NEVER recommend.

Way too pricey for what little amenities offered
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/11/07
In a nutshell, this is a $49.00 a night place but they charged us $118.00 a night. I could've stayed at a lush Doubletree or Mariott downtown for that price.
First off, I'm a light sleeper and this hotel is right across the street from a very loud and VERY active train system. I would shoot up out of bed at 4AM when trains would pass. ...

not a typical Comfort Inn
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/04/07
On the plus side it was cool when we walked in the room unlike some others. Room was okay. Not worn and dated as some are. It was bascially clean expect for the carpet next to the night stand (hard to reach!) The door had such large gaps around it that the hallway light actually lit up the room. Internet access did not work, Clerk blamed ...

Stay Away!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/10/07
The elevator was falling apart and the room was dirty. Also we had an electric razor in our room that went missing when we left for the day (There was no one in our room except for us and the maid service!). We were given the run around and insulted by an unhelpful and rude staff. Please for your sake stay away or lock up your belongings.

great for family
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/24/06
I liked this place because it kept my kids happy. They had a game room that was great. We loved the breakfast, the Belgian waffle were great.
We stayed here and called it the "uncomfort" inn. The towels were scratchy, our 9 yr old could pick the lock, the breakfast was stale muffins and cereal and pre-cooked waffles, the pool was outdoors and closed, there was no stationary and the sheets were thin and not enough blankets. Thank goodness the heater worked and the shower was ...

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/27/04
THIS PLACE WAS DISGUSTING!!! NO BETTER IF NOT WORSE THAN A SUPER 8. BOUGHT A ZOO PACKAGE DEAL AND THEN WE DIDN'T HAVE TICKETS TO THE ZOO, SO WE HAD TO BUY THEM SEPARATELY. THE ROOMS WERE DINGY AND THERE WERE SUGAR ANTS EVERYWHERE!!!! IT TOOK TWO PHONE CALLS AND 3 HOURS FOR THEM TO ACKNOWLEDGE OUR REQUEST FOR THEM TO TAKE CARE OF IT. MY SUGGESTION... DON'T STAY THERE....
