View to the ocean was blocked by parked trucks and windows so dirty, you couldn't see anyway. Very dusty lampshades and under TV. Pools were good. Employees nice.

The room was very small, all the furniture was made in 1975, door latches were broken, toilet ran all night, bath tub felt like it was gonna fall in, window opens almost a foot, the shilo lounge was terrible, my wife and I got food poisioning before we left the restaurant 75 dollars lighter for the worst meal ive ever paid for.

We have stayed at the Shilo Oceanfront Resort in Newport, OR as well as their other establishments in different cities. I am always impressed with their service. The ease of reservations and being able to have an oceanfront room on the floor you wish, is a big plus. The staff is always willing to accomodate your requests. The overall experience leaves you going home happy.
