Front desk clerks were nice as usual, but the people running the bar were terrible and very slow. We have been coming to Duncan for the Fall Classic for years and this was THE worst experience we have had yet.

The room we stayed in was awful. The floor looked like it had not been vaccumed, the heater by the window was hanging on the floor, the bathroom had hair behind the door, and the table was all wobbly. We did not ask for another room because we had to hurry and get to a business party and when we got back to the room it was late. When my husband checked us out that morning he told the lady at the front desk about our stay.

Staff at the front desk (especially one staff member) was very good and efficient, made several recommendations of things to do and local eating.
I was disappointed that the hotel did not have a whirlpool.
Would stay here again.
