Hotel rooms was dirty - cleaning behind furniture had not taken place as crumbs and dead crickets and roaches were present. Chairs in the rooms had a build up of dust. Linens were clean - TV worked - Shower pressure was horible - Never taken a colder shower / bath in my life because Hot Water was not available, due to the high occupancy. Pool ...

For the money it can not be beat. The restaurant (Ponders) leaves a lot to be desired, watch out for the seats they will through you. They have dogs and the place smells of dogs. I-Hop is just across the street, go there to eat. With this information in mind I would recommend it.

In the past my family had stayed in the guest inn and found the rooms, clean well managed and kept. This year it was a different story. The rooms were not well kept, we had roaches in the room. The tv and cofee maker and other appliance were plugged with an extensions cord, which I felt was a hazard, not only for fire, but for out 15 month old granddaughter.

Spacious room, water wouldn't shut off completely in tub. Room was clean, had fridge and micro. Could use some update, but overall a good place to stay for the cost.
