Rooms were not the cleanest. Bathrooms weren't that clean either. Valet service was a joke. I had a rental car and when it was ready to go I found it parked on the street with another car's front bumper smashed into the back bumper of my rental. Luckily after I inspected it there was no noticable damage, but its the principle of the ...

So so hotel.

Hall ways were dark. Wall paper pealing in hallways and elevator. Looks like any money they put in this hotel was only in the lobby. Continential breakfast was the bare minimum: weak coffee, cereal, juice, stale rolls. The rooms were clean but very noisy. If you come for a special event be prepared for a lot of noise from students across the ...
A bit drab and worn in terms of furnishings and decor; the staff was friendly and generally cooperative; decent breakfasts served each morning; not much to do downtown after work hours.
Rooms were very small, bathrooms also small, musty smelling, carpet looked dirty, beds was small and mattress pushed off sides. Needs to be updated. Not what you would expect out of a 3 star hotel. Internet access was not offered free, costs $10.00 per day. The walk to reds game was close (best part)

Dirtiest place I have ever stayed.Did not enjoy the cockroach in the rusty bathtub either.Had to prop the door open with my luggage, until I found the one light that worked in the room. What a run down dump,no bargan here, unless they paid your bill at another hotel.

I had a great stay at the terrace hotel. The valet was very helpful and the staff took care of my needs quickly. The bartender was great to conversate with. Not many people staying though. The room was in need of upkeep as the carpet was worn and the bathrooms are not fresh looking. Overall a good value for $79.00 a night plus valet. I can't believe they charge for Internet though.
Me & my husband visited the Cincinnatti Jazz Fest 2005 the carpet was dirty,it smell like ciggerette smoke & filthy carpet mixed, ordered towels never got them until the next day, very quiet, I do have to say that the staff was very polite though. but all in all would we stay @ this hotel agian Never....

I've just spent 11 nights in the Terrace and had no problems at all. The service is good if you know in advance that it is a minimum service hotel. Breakfast is a small selection of pastries and coffee. The fitness room is small and pretty poor. Valet parking at $19 per night is expensive but can be avoided by parking in the 7th St car park ...

Not again....
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/28/05
Very disappointed, cramped rooms, dark, worn bedding, delapidated. Hotel personnel not cordial at all, actually rather rude. I am sure the parents of the bride who recommended this hotel for out of town guests were not aware of the condition of this place. I am sure they would be embarrased.
