Horrible, broke elevators, no towels, no roomservice, broken snack machine, nasty breakfast(horrible I wouldnt feed it 2 my dogs), 1 microwave to the whole 10 floors in this dump. Foul loud mold smell. Small pool. Workers I didn't know if they were working or bums no dress code and the staff was horrible. By the way I'm still waiting on my iron. Bottom line DO NOT STAY HERE YOU'LL BE PISSED! I will read reviews from now on.

Horrible place!!! Rooms are not clean and towels are like sandpaper. Mold in shower, hardly any hot water, holes in comforters, burn marks on the telephone. I'm surprised there was not a chalk outline of a body on the carpet. Check-in took about 10 minutes per person even though we had a reservation

It was a great place to be the staff was friendly and gave us great customer service. Janice in sales was great in helping us book our event. It went with out a hitch and we also had a great time in the hotel bar.

This place is in a great location with lots to do around it. I thought it was great but the pool was a little small for such a high paying hotel.
