Very slow and antiquated check in-out service. Great location and shuttle to airport is fast, friendly, convenient. Rooms lack everything. Dingy and older, not kept up. CLEAN, but not great. Outside the rooms; i.e. lounge, conference rooms, pool, workout facility is fantastic. Odd really. Would only stay here if the price were dramatically diffferent

The conference I was attending was located in this hotel. At best this place needs to be burnt to the ground and rebuilt. Guests Rooms were small and dirty, previous guests socks were left next to the couch, black mold on ceiling, plumbing barely worked, no hot water in shower, ants in bathroom, “fresh flowers” they advertise were fake, faded, ...

Convenient to airport and has shuttle to Mall.

Dirty, dingy, lousy service. No vending or gift store. Restaurant closes early and food it mediocre at best.

The staff there was very helpful and courteous. There was little noise from the airplanes. There is now a shuttle to Easton in the evenings. The rooms were always clean and prepared upon arrival.
