Service; there was none. Rooms; smelled like smoke and you could hear the neighbors. Walls are very thin. Very disappointed with all aspect of my stay. In fact, I now stay away from all Holiday Inns. That is too bad.

Stayed a week for a training in Cleveland... Staff was unconcerned, Indoor pool doubled as a private physical therapy office.. Food in hotel was over[priced and of poor quality... Changed rooms after first night, mattress was worn out and had valley in center...
