This room was horrible. Boogers on the mirror, mold in the bathroom, bugs on the floor, and room service trays outside our door for 3 days. I freaked out when I saw the hair in the sink. There was enough hair to make a wig. This hotel needs a total makeover. It is not worth $135 a night. Take my advice and stay in the back of your SUV, and use the bathroom at the local truckstop.

The price was right and the rooms were clean, freshly painting, new carpet, new everything! It was a nice surprise. You could tell that they were renovating all the buildings one by one. We reserved a room 2 weeks in advance. We wanted a "Family King Pool Building Smoking" and reserved same. We received upon arrival a "Standard Double (Far from pool!) Nonsmoking are the same rate. Staff were not helpful even with mistake being made. Would not recommend them to anyone!!

It was nice & comfy! Seemed to be clean enough for my kids who are 8 & 10. That means a lot when they say they like it! Although we only live about an hour away, we went right when PKI open til they closed so we desided to stay the night. Way to go PKI!

Kings Island Resort is the perfect place to stay if you plan on visiting Kings Island amusement park. This was our first time to stay and we were pleased. The staff is very friendly and the shuttle bus is the best part...saves money on parking at Kings Island. Along with that is the shuttle drivers, they are excellent and VERY friendly!! The room was clean, but could have been better. Overall, we would stay again!

This theme park is fun. They have all sorts of rides. My most favorite when I used to go was the scrambler. If you decide to go, I promise it will be tons of fun.

The large indoor pool area and two game rooms to keep the kids busy! The rooms were clean and up to date. Two large beds and plenty of space. The employees were friendly and helpful. I will definately be back this summer for a kings island trip.
