I love this hotel, was there March 11-13, 2009 for a school field trip for my BPA class. It was an awesome hotel, anything we wanted, we got. Friendly staff no matter what we asked they always came to our door with smiles and great manners. It was a very clean hotel, no mold, no dust, etc. very very nice. awesome view of columbus (19th floor; 1929) ...

My daughter and I attended a convention in Columbus May 16th-18th in the hotel ... we spent the extra money to stay here because the convention was in this hotel ... bad move !! The building is outdated ... the furniture and rugs in the rooms were wore and tired looking ... the air conditioning does not work ... it was so warm we could not sleep ...

This was my first time staying at a Hyatt and I was very impressed. The hotel was very clean and had an elegant atmosphere. The staff was very cordial and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The pool here was not good and there is really nothing to do in Columbus. However, the hotel itself is really nice and I highly recommend it.

It was amazing and very well kept. The rooms were EXTREMELY comfortable! There are so many serivces offered. We have recommended it to everyone possible!

It is a big hotel attached to convention center, and has very nice large rooms. The room service is okay, but nothing great. Don't go when there is something big going on (like a pageant) because the elevators take FOREVER and it can be very crowded. Other than that, it is pretty nice.

I don't think we could have asked for anything better! They had everything ready for us. The door person, Ruben is really nice to talk to. The staff is very nice, and very professional. My room was very clean as along with the rest of the hotel. The only thing that was bad about it was the elevater is very slow. I was on the 19th floor and it ...

If you are just staying for a night, maybe it's ok, but if you have special requests, they are simply unable to provide anything. Rather, they can screw up pretty bad. I would not recommend this hotel, I cannot believe they could use the name "Hyatt" with that level of service.
