Want to do it Again!I stayed at the Haytt for the Black Mayor's Conference with more than 800 people.
My room was roomy (2 of us stayed)clean and everything was up to date.
The food in the resturant was excellent--however the bar on the second level--the drinks are overly expensive and weak.

Pass on the Hyatt - poor serviceWe arrived and did not have a room with sleeper as booked. Bellman moved us to a room with 2 doubles which was acceptable and he was very polite. We were 2 adults with 2 children (preteens) and didn't even start out with a set of towels for each. When we called front desk for more towels they would only trade dirty for clean. Just Awful. Stay Away.I can not believe this is a Hyatt. Watch your cups!For a hotel that touts the remodeling, the beds were obviously not part of the upgrades! The mattresses (at least on the 10th floor, where my room was) were lumpy and hard. The coffee cups in the room, with the coffee maker, were not washed and sterilized, but apparently just rinsed out in the bathroom.
