I stayed at the Haytt for the Black Mayor's Conference with more than 800 people.
My room was roomy (2 of us stayed)clean and everything was up to date.
The food in the resturant was excellent--however the bar on the second level--the drinks are overly expensive and weak.

We arrived and did not have a room with sleeper as booked. Bellman moved us to a room with 2 doubles which was acceptable and he was very polite. We were 2 adults with 2 children (preteens) and didn't even start out with a set of towels for each. When we called front desk for more towels they would only trade dirty for clean. I can not believe this is a Hyatt. We had a room with two queen beds that both sank in the middle (they tried to hide it with down mattress covers that just fell off while you slept), they supplied us one towel, there was absolutely no shower pressure, there were stains all over the bathroom carpet and the awful noise from the construction on the ...

For a hotel that touts the remodeling, the beds were obviously not part of the upgrades! The mattresses (at least on the 10th floor, where my room was) were lumpy and hard. The coffee cups in the room, with the coffee maker, were not washed and sterilized, but apparently just rinsed out in the bathroom. Although no mention was made of not changing ...
