We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Room clean, but toilet very slow to flush. Room was not serviced by housekeeping the entire time - when we requested towels and soap, we received a couple of towels, no washcloths, and 1 small bar of soap. Upon checking out, was quite a line of customers and almost all had the same complaints. We won't stay here again!

This room was a surprise outing for my soon to be husband and I. Upon arrival we were greeted by staff that was unhelpful, and did not know how to properly check in guests. The manager on duty came to assist.
