this hotel was clean and well equipped. Continental breakfasts had a decent selection of things to eat, including egg and sausage sandwiches. Only negative here is that the hotel had only one terminal to access the web (for guests). So bring your own computer and you'll be ok. Our room was very quiet, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and respectful of guests.

Great place to stay in Raleigh for $59/night.
Good location, pleasant staff, clean room, & comfy bed. Only problem: the bathroom had very little lighting, and there was no exhaust fan! All in all, for the money, a great place to stay.

the price was ok, but the bed looked like someone had slept in it and roomservice just made it up, the sink leeked and kept the bathroom floor wet, that was not cool.
the employee very nice.

average hotel, no indoor pool, safety issues with regards to location not enough to do in area, and it was pricey compared to value of most hotels

The staff is extremely polite and helpful, but we got a lot more exercise than what we had intended. Our room keycards kept having to be re-scanned in order for them to work. The first room we were assigned to didn't work at all. When we were moved to another room, we still had to make several trips down to the front office in order for us to get back into our room. Very frustrating, time consuming, and a waste of energy.

Hotel personnel were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast area was quite lovely and comfortable.

Lighting in the bathroom was insufficient and minimal. This area could be improved, as well as the ventilation. Steam from shower did not dissipate well.

I loved this hotel for it's great location. it's right of of the 440! triangle shopping center just down the street, north hills shopping center 2mls up 440outer, and crabtree is about 4 or 5 miles up 440outer And the continental breakfast ... just stay there and see for yourself. great for a romantic weekend getaway!!!

The hotel was cold. the heat took a long time to work. that all in all just mess up the stay. Went down for a funeral and the short stay was the best thing because the place was a mess.
