Employees are very polite. Didn't appreciate the cat sitting on the counter. The ramps are steep and the elevator is extremely slow. Overall pleasant stay.

We noticed this hotel is in need of up-dating and the ramps leading up to the elevator from the first floor are a killer with any luggage carts. The staff was EXTREMELY ACCOMODATING and would fix any problem you had or answer any questions. We loved the balconies and walking the beach.
