The room was comfortable but the front desk personnel all the way up to the manager were quite rude for even the smallest things such as access to the business center (incidentally, internet access is a pay per minute use, in this day of free wi-fi access everywhere, who has heard of this?!).

For the price I stayed ($250/night), the service was lacking by far. Stay at a Hilton or W instead.
