Sometimes there are rude front desk personnel. The location is off and not so easily accessible to people outside of state. Poorly managed

There is definately an opportunity for a good hotel in this area. It's the only one in good proximity to the corporate offices and they know they have a "captive" audience. Rooms are "tired" and are not cleaned well. What passes for the sports lounge has a poor selection and quality food. The "free" breakfast is not worth it. Would not stay here if I had other choice.
