Pan American is very convenient when you need to stay one night and have a place to leave your car. I found all the staff to be very helpful. The shuttle service is great getting to the airport. I will use this hotel everytime I need to fly from LaGuardia!

We only stayed one night, but the staff was awesome, the location was adjacent to many restaurants and shopping,the room was comfortable and the hotel shuttle was very convenient. One driver has been there working 23 years which I think says much about the quality of the hotel.

The Pan American Hotel offers a great value, and very economical rooms, but this hotel brags the motto "The Most Convenient Hotel in New York", but I spent my visit wondering exactly where those conveniences were! My husband and I spent a few days in NY last week.I selected Pan American Hotel online so we were pleased to find it was all it was advertised to be.
The hotel,service,our room and the location was to our satisfaction. In addition the hotel was prompt with their replies to my e-mail questions prior our arrival.We would definitely stay there again!
