The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.

I stayed at this hotel last month and it is by far the best hotel in Rochester. After staying at a few other places, this one really blows them out of the water. The rooms were very very clean and the front desk staff is very nice and knowledgable about the area. This hotel has great service, amenities and value. It is centrally located and there is so much to do in the area. Thanks again!!!

Hotel is overpriced and the restaurant next door left me with parking on other side of building. Not worth $106/per night with a discount. Service was ok and the lobby was not a friendly atmosphere for me and my partner.

I stayed at this hotel and it was some of the best service I've recieved in years. The staff was so friendly and the rooms were great. We here able to walk to sooo many restaurants in the area. We will definitely be returning to this property soon!!
