This place is the PERfect spot for someone visiting New York for the first time. You will be within four blocks (walking distance) of almost everything near Times Square. We didn't need a taxi other than to and from the airport. Try the subway once to visit areas on the other end of the city. Our room was small but extremely quiet. Who hangs out in their room when they are visiting NY?!

The hotel was ok but I was annoyed that the staff would not take my RAA card and give me 10% discount.

The fact the receptionist insisted that Australia was part of Europe and other europians had a AAA card so why didn't I, didnt help!

We moved to the Comfort Inn the next night and got the 10% using my card and stayed 6 nights.

I was very mad that i was told by one stqaff at the hotel that they would cash travelers checks for my class trip and they wouldn't when we got there!!! We came all of the way from wisconsin and couldn't get them cashed!!!

The hotel is in a Great location! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and the rooms were a good size for what we needed. We thoroghly enjoyed our stay!

This hotel's location is terrific! And even better are the rates- which include breakfast, and wifi. My room did not really have a view or anything but that didn't bother me. I highly recomend this hotel.

This place is disgusting..... DO NOT STAY HERE YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF IN A HOSTEL! The room was filthy - There were no hangers in the closet and everything was dirty from the sticky phone to the hair in the bathroom.

Arrived at hotel at 1:30a and was advised that they had a computer glitch and was overbooked and would need to put us up in another hotel that is affiliated with them and could come back in morning to stay at Super 8....was given cab fare to get to other hotel but had difficulty getting a cab to get back to Super 8. Also, was charged more at 2nd hotel.

Everything was perfect about this hotel, I was really worried before we went because i read all the reviews and some of the reviews were not good at all but there were no bed bugs, it was very clean, excellent location.
