Come on..... Service is LACKING!!!!How much longer is this place going to be boring. The front desk shift in the afternoon is soooooo impersonal. It use to be nice but i seen a lot of change over at the front desk. I want to just want to say to the managers 'you had a good group of front desk agents before!!!!" I stay often and lately i have thought about changing my location. The service here is NOT up to holiday inn standards else wereOVERALL

Horrible, nasty, disgustingDon't do it...Don't book this hotel. This is the WORST Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in. The room was NOTHING like the picture on the website. TRY NEXT DOOR NEXT TIME!I have been a loyal Holiday Inn Express for a while now and this hotel has changed my mind. I used to stay here almost every other week since I got a special rate for staying with them for so long. Never Again!When I reserved the room I requested non-smoking, my husband checked us in and went to our room it was smoking. Wonderful WeddingI had my wedding and reception at this Holiday Inn. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone having a small wedding or event. Rude, unprofessional managementNot in the greatest neightborhood, hotel smelled unclean, requested beds were not available, management (Dave) and front desk staff (Missy) were rude and unprofessional. Definitely Will Visit Again!My wife and I stayed here when we attended a Bills game in late 2005. The desk staff was very friendly. We found the pre-printed directions for alternative ways to get to and park at Wilson Stadium VERY helpful. Nice touch.
The suite we stayed in was very clean and comfortable.

will be backA friend and I have stayed here for 3 years in a row while attending a Bills game. The staff was always friendly, went WAY above and beyond excellent to answer questions and get us anything we asked for.
The Housekeeping staff kept the room VERY clean.The Staff in the Lounge made us feel as though we were regulars.
This is the only place we will stay when coming to a Bills game.
