Stayed here several times and have always found the hotel clean and well maintained and the staff friendly and helpful. Some other things I like is that it's relatively inexpensive (around $100), close (1 block) to downtown for shopping, and the restaurants and bars. Plus it has an indoor pool, always nice in the winter and allows pets. A typical reliable and adequate Holiday Inn.

I was there for a Scrapbook weekend and never left the place - it was great. Friendly staff, GREAT food! The housekeeper even re-set the clock in our room (the power went out over night). I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn. The staff was friendly, cordial and helpful. The location of this hotel is perfect. Its not quite in downtown Saratoga Springs but you are a short walk away. I also enjoyed its proximity to Congress Park (I think that's the name). The only drawback was my room. It was above the front door. The lights from the marquee were shining in my room all night.

We loved it and thought it was a great value for the money. We have two children and two dogs and we are VERY particular people. We even pack cleaning supplies and didn't need to use them. There were NO strange odors in the room and definately did not smell urine as one other person said.

After we checked in and went to our room, our room was a mess. There was a bowel movement left in our toilet, and the room was smelly and dirty. We requested a crib for our son, and didn't get it until 11 PM after many numerous calls to the office. It was the worst hotel experience we had.

noisy rooms because of the wall heating units, very loud.
Restaurant food is not that good, bar is nice though.

We had a very pleasant and accommodating staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. I recommend it. Hotel is within walking distance to downtown which is very convenient for dining and shopping.

for a wonderful vacation away from home this town and lodging is immaculate and beautiful!! the staff couldnt be more friendly and the accomodations for the price is well worth the trip!! wander through their little shops which have items set up on the sidewalk for you to browse and take in a horse race at the track!! dont forget to purchase in the local thrift store for bargains galore!!

The rooms were clean and well kept, and the service was fantastic. Everyone there was accomodating to anything we needed. The beds were comfortable, towels and bedding were clean, and the room overall felt very inviting.
