If you are staying here to sleep forget it. Music in the lounge played at least until 4 am, doors slamming all night, people running up and down the corridor, cell phones ringing, also could here them talking on the phone.

The rooms were dirty, it wasn't worth the $220.00 for 2 nights, the so-called managers when I checked it were rude. I felt like I was in a rooming house. I won't stay here if it was the last place in Newburgh, New York. I would stay in my car first.

What a dump! Was forced to stay here due the late hour. Decent exterior and lobby deceives you into expecting a nice room. Wrong!! Very old room in dire need of updating. Drafty windows and door together with noisy window heater that had to be set at 85 degrees to keep it warm. Kept us up late into the night. Poor TV and reception. Complained to Choice hotels (the franchise) but they could care less. Stay away!

I visit Newburgh/Westpoing area almost every other month, I have stayed at almost every single hotel/motel in the area, for the money and service Clarion is the best!!!! From the front desk staff to the room service everything was very pleasant, free internet access, TV, room condition, pool everything was very good, will stay there again, have made reservations for the next 6 visits there!!!!

The inside lobby looked very nice but once you left there, it was horrible. The room was disgusting. There were holes in the sheets, holes in the drapes, and a towel that looked like swiss cheese. There was an iron burn on the middle of the carpeting.

WHY HAVE A ROOM SERVICE MENU IN THE ROOM IF ROOM SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE,AT ANY TIME .THEY COULD HAVE WARNED ME OF THE DEMOLITION OF AN OUTSIDE STAIR,ALTHOUGH I UNDERSTAND IT WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY ,ON THIS PROJECT I WAS WORKING NIGHTS,WILL I EVER CONSIDER STAYING THERE AGAIN I DOUBT IT.
