Customer services expected for a hotel of this type were woefully lacking. No valet parking, no one to help with luggage, shuttle service not available (they were to busy). Even though it was raining heavily there were no umbrellas to walk to the parking lot.

The Location of the Gideon Putnam Resort & Spa was very pretty..but that was about it! The Rosevelt Spa was Dark & Dirty..42 Treatment rooms! yeah you might aswell call it a hospital since that's what it looks like. Not to mention the greeting staff was terribly rude..if you are looking to have a nice cozy, relaxing SPA day go anywhere but here!

The hotel is in a park that keeps you off the track of the hustle and bustle of the world. The spa offers a great variety of services. Open roads allow for a great walk/run. Golf instructors are friendly, and staff remember you.

The rooms are quaint.
