PEOPLE WERE RUDE WAIT IS FOREVER STAFF WAS VERY RUDE
BELLMEN WERE OK BUT DESK STAFF WAS TERRIBLE
ROOMS WERRE NOT CLEAN
WE HAD A NON-SMOKING ROOM THAT STUNK OF SMOKE
FRIDGE DID NOT WORK NO-ONE CAME TO FIX IT

I took my daughter to NYC for her 21st birthday. We had a very good experience at the Skyline ... larger than normal size room you would find in a 3-star hotel in NYC. Clean and friendly staff. I would recommend they obtain a tea/coffee maker in the room.

Was concerned after reading bad reviews but the price was right so we gave it a try & were pleasantly surprised. Check in was efficient. We arrived early morning but room wasn't available until 3 p.m. so bellhop checked our bags so we could spend the day sightseeing.

Room was very clean. Plenty of towels, etc. Size of room was adequate ...

This hotel stay was screwed up from beginning to end. First off there is no early check in, it's 3:00 pm (as we were informed by the very rude employee at the front desk, even when we came back at 2:45), even if there are rooms ready. I am glad I read the reviews, because I
upgraded my room to the newer section and our room was very nice.

The front desk employees could have been more personable and it would have been nice if the Bell captain would have offered to take my luggage instead I took it myself.
other then that we had a nice stay.

this was one of the worst hotels ever! i went on a school trip with my school, and my friends found yellow stains on their bedsheets. the room smelled musty, and the bathrooms were cramped. the sink was in a seperate room, and i had to move to a different room to wash my hands. the beds were okay, but they didnt match at all. the lobby was nice ...

We loved it. No complaints whatsoever. I would highly recomomend to any traveler.

Skyline Hotel was very friendly, and very clean its located about 10mins walk to Time Square, i will definetely return to that hotel when i visit New York again

This was a school trip and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this budget hotel. Rooms were large and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bell Captain was particularly helpful. Rooms were clean and showers excellent. Handy for Times Square.
