    The rooms are clean. It works great for us. They have good rates; it is no Hilton, but a nice family motel. It is convenient to the highway as well as to Elmira, Waverly, and Sayre.

  • Roadside Motel from 1960

    This is a bare bones place but the people were nice, the room clean and for me the location between Waverly, Ithaca and Elmira was perfect. The TV was as advertised.
    The room was a bit small but for me it was adequate.
    I would go back for their advertised price. Watch out for Elmira College events as everything in this area fills up fast and prices soar.
