I love this hotel, I had reservations in Albuquerque, but it was late and I was so tired that I could not drive any more. I went to check in and desk clark was so nice. He was very friendly. Had a very hard time parking!!! Hotel is new but still has a lot of problems. Staff was only ok. We would probably try another hotel in Santa Rosa. Very high prices and not worth the money!!!

We have stayed in many Holiday Inn Express before. This is the first one that I came across that is very roomy, equipped with very generous lighting, wired high speed internet connection, etc. We have a 2 queen beds, a desk, a bar, a large bath room. I definitely recommend it.

In my room half od the things didn't even work. The hair dryer and coffee maker did not work. Tried to get another on but they did not have any. No batteries in the remote. Two lamps did not have light bulbs.

Everything was great! The pool was soo clean, and the jacuzzi felt great to my bones. The beds were so comfortable I overslept. But the check in lady was so nice she let me have a late check out. I was treated like if I was family! It was soo amazing

The pool was closed when we were there. The hotel was fairly clean. This is fine for just one night when you are traveling.
