When I checked in the clerk gave me a second floor room. No elevators so I asked for a first floor room because of my obvious handicap. There were bugs in the lobby as well as in our room. We had a group event so there were several people that stayed at this hotel. Everyone complained about the bugs and some even had bugs in their beds. When mentioned to the staff, we were told there was nothing they could do. Our rooms were never vacummed or cleaned, either.
