Comfortable beds, great view and location, and the restaurant was terrific - even during a July rainshower! The staff was friendly and efficient. We intend to return soon.

Our favorite place in NM!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/03/07
We have eaten many times at the restaurant, it serves the best New Mexican food anywhere! Their Carne Adovada is the best!
Last time we stayed at the Hacienda, we had a beautiful room with a balcony, plenty of room and gorgeous furniture. We just stayed in the room the whole time, it was so beautiful! We heard an elk calling outside, then walked over to the restaurant for more delicious food, The breakfast was fresh and delicious.

I should like to sound the Clarion for Rancho de Chimayo. What's not to like ! The Inn and Staff are of Sterling caliber and It's located in a Blue Ribbon corner of the World. Who could ask for anything more. Tom Rainier

Adobe walls, wooden floors, vigas (log beams) and an horno (adobe fireplace) in the corner; this is hacienda living. Eight rooms in a hollow square surround the courtyard with its fountain and shade trees where breakfast is served al fresco. If you know the back roads, the hacienda is an easy 20 minutes from the Plaza at Santa Fe. Across the ...
