If you want a cheap place to sleep that is what you have here. Room was full of flies and bathroom window was unlocked. We stayed two nights and when we got back from a long day at Carlsbad Caverns we found that the maids had taken our water and beer from fridge. Fairly clean and room is very small. Once again you can stay across the street for double the price...

For the price and the Centralized location, the hotel could not be beat. The room was very spacious and the bed was both enormous and comfy. Great for families, would def. stay again. Loved it.
