The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.

Last Visit:December 2006I recently spent 3 nights here during a business trip. The location was great! It is right near the downtown area with lots of shops and restaurants...all within a few minutes walk. I would have taken advantage of that more if it had been a little warmer during my stay.

One earlier review mentioned the hotel looking a bit worn. It must have been remodeled after that person was there. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice, the beds extremely comfortable. The food was very good, and the rooms were very clean. The people at the hotel were extremely nice and helpful. We would go back.

everything is brilliant, the rooms were lovely and the staff offered an outstanding level of service, me and the wife were extremely impressed, we will be going back next year it was an experience to remember

Although the room, bed & meals were good to great, we came for two nights and three days for a convention/relaxing time and found the pool and hot tub closed. not just closed for one day, but indefinately due to what we heard were roofing problems over the pool. this information could have been included on the web site to forwarn people with ...

I attended the Mayoral breakfast campaign which included breakfast.
I couldn't believe the main dish (french toast) was so cold the butter wouldn't melt.
Very disappointed.
