the motel was dirty the staff working in the motel and casino are rude you would not believe that western village is owned by the peppermill i would suggest staying at motel 6 at least the staff will give you some hospitality

The place is a little run down but my room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful at the desk and in the restaurants.The Vineyard Restaurant had good food at great prices. I played the slots but didn't win anything.
All in all, a good place, frequented by local folks also.

My wife and I love the Steakhouse. This restaurant is equal to Cache Creek Steak house at the Bonanza Casino in Reno. Service and staff are extremely professional and the tenderness and taste of both meats are one of the finest we have ever had.
This is the 2nd best kept secret in the Reno/Sparks area.

The gambling is cheap.. the rooms are inexpensive and there is great access to downtown reno... only a few minutes away. Yo get to stay away from all the hassle but can be right in the middle of it if you want to.
