Just OkayThis hotel/casino was nothing special, but for the location and price okay.

Dont waste your moneyI didnt like this place. The staff was rude and not knowledgable about tourism. Ask them a question and they will tell you to ask someone else. I don't know how they can run a hotel and casino and have absolutely no clue about the business. The rooms there smell like old carpets. My Very 1st Time...In Vegas!After being in Vegas as a teen it wasnt that exciting due to the fact that I wasnt able to gamble or drink! Now after turning 21 my mother, her boyfriend, and my lovely girlfriend ended up staying at The Fitz. This was so because all the other hotels were either sold out or were going for 200+ a nite! We are looking forward to our next trip!My wife and recently spent four days in Las Vegas and stayed at Fitzgeralds on Fremont St. I would strongly recommend this hotel. Room with a great viewWe stayed in September and were impressed with the amenities at this hotel. You've got great views of vegas from your room and the second floor has good gambling machines and a nice bar with a balcony! Great trip!We just returned from a 2-night stay and had a wonderful time. This was our first time staying in the downtown area (rather than the strip) and found this was a very ecomonical way to enjoy the LV experience. Only At The Fitz!We live in Bullhead City, AZ, across the Colorado River from Laughlin, NV. When we go to Las Vegas, we only stay at the "FITZ." My husband and I love the old school slots, the tables are great and I've always left there a winner. In this case, what happens in Vegas can go home with you. I love the Fitz! Great Place at a Great Price!Clean rooms, very nice staff, great customer service from front desk. Why stay at Bellagio for $800.00 a night when you can stay here for $100.00 and use the other $700.00 to play with???? Only thing is the elevators are slow due to the fact that the place is sooo busy and they have 34 floors, people coming and going. Would definately stay there again!6 of 6 Yahoo!
