Every time we visited this facility, we were
pleasantly surprised at the food quality, and the friendliness of the whole staff.

Out of seven visits, we have always been satisfied with the atmosphere and experience had at this location. We have visited the Fitz. in Tunica and it is nothing like Vegas.

Stayed w/ large group, all on same floor, July 9-July 12, 2007. Rooms were dingy, carpet was filthy, linens were ripped (had to ask TWICE for new pillows, our pillows had old blood stains on them!) the toilet, IF it flushed would not stop running. 4 men sent to "fix it",,,the only person that could make it stop running or flush was my ...

It was a great cheap place to stay, everyone was kind and friendly and the rooms were clean and relaxing..Can't wait to stay there again.It was close to all the other things going on in the downtown area...Very helpful and told everyone to stay there if going to Las Vegas.. The rooms were neat and well maintained. The gaming was complete. What gave me the low rating was a bunch of little things that added up.
The buffet was a good one, but not as food as the Fremont across the street. The Freemont buffet costs less also. We left our room at 10 oclock. We came back 5 hours later and they still did not finish cleaning ...

OK, Yahoo needs to update the "star rating" of The Fitzgerald. Let me tell you, you cannot beat this place. You can pay just $5.00 for a 23-hour pass to ride "The Deuce" up and down the strip and vist all the high dollar hotels/casino, however, you need to stay in the Freemont District and see where it really all started. ...

The staff is so wonderful, the casino is great, alot to choose from, excellent food in all restaurants,clean rooms, clean casino, great atmosphere, very pleasing staff.We stayed 6 days, next time it will be longer. We had way too much fun. I especially liked the Wheel of Fortune Game. My husband enjoyed the tables.Everything you need is right there under one roof. Also enjoyed the Fremont Street Experience.
