loved where it was at no place was to far. could see and do what we wanted. go up town to the big hotels see the big names and the huge crowds but still come back to some quite time to relax at the vue bar and people watch. take in the lights and live bands. transit system was easy.my sisters who came over from scotland that it was the time yet. ...

i booked a reservation in advance for my husband and 2 co-workers and when they showed up at 2am after a 5 hour drive, staff told them that the reservation was NoT on file. even after my husband showed them the receipt of a sucessful transaction, they still would not honor it! they even had the nerve to offer a new reservation at a higher rate!! ...

My husband and I just got back from a 4 day, 3 night trip to Las Vegas. We stayed for the first time at Fitzgeralds, wanting to stay down town this time.
First what we didn't like: hotel wasn't very clean - the tub was slow to drain, and I noticed toward the end it was because there was a sticker over the drain - it hadn't been removed ...

Stay was from 4/22-09 to 4/25/09. The 4 elevators are under renovation - 10 person limit per elevator. The wait for an elevator is looong. Stayed on the 17th floor.....walked down twice. Was selective about returning to the room if not necessary because of long wait times. Some people waited for up to 45 minutes for an elevator.....which ...

If waiting in lines is you thing, this is the place to go! We waited for the elevators (only 3 worked and they were slow)...we waited for breakfast (while the restaurant was half empty)...we waited for the Consierge (he was 50 min late for work and no one else could seem to help us) ....we waited at the club Fitz counter (only 2 people on staff) ...

My husband and I had the best time there...the slots were looser than other DT casinos.. The staff was very friendly and the waitresses were very attentive. My cup neer raneth dry...

The room was clean, however we were missing coffee and towels. Maids were very helpful and found some right away - even more than we needed. TV remote and phone did not work. Brought us a new remote - never fixed the phone. Bed was very comfortable and sheets were great - very soft - high thread count. Food in the restaurants was excellent. ...
