very rude staff , not polite at all had a problem with a slot reading my bill so a supervisor was called over to take a look at the problem and she proceeded to tell me it will be three days before she can see the camera and trust my word , I then told her i wasnt local and that would be a problem ... she said well thats too bad most are players are . WONT GO BACK
Our room was very clean and spacious and much nicer than I expected for the price. The staff was helpful and the overall environment was fun and friendly. We found a nice selection of restaurants on site. The pool was nice. I was travelling with a child and she enjoyed a walk through the indoor park and the water and laser light show. They ...
Fox News is on EVERY TV in the place. The little guy (manager) in the Sports Book is a real jerk. I made a horse bet, but the cashier made the bet for the wrong track. It was their fault, yet the manager treated me like garbage and made me feel like I should never come there again. Sheesh, it was only a $30 wager and he made it seem like I bet ...
my husband and I were there with our bowling league for the weekend... the first room we were assigned was not cleaned so we had to go all the way back to the front desk and get another room...they charge more money for the interior rooms (view of the downstairs indoors) though I am not sure it is justified... rooms are outdated and housekeeping ...

Tight machines, asked for cocktail waiitress and was met with excuses about shift changes. Left after an hour. Stinks in there and the employees act more like they're trying to get through the shift rather than take care of the customers.
Visited last week ... this was about our 15 th visit to Sam'sTown AND WE WERE DISAPPOINTED. The rooms are getting grungy. The carpets tired, bathtubs slow to drain, towels not soft, beds squeak, the sheets are worn, the pillows without much shape...just not a nice place to stay. The re-do of the coffee shop to a resturant was constant noise ...

Used to be a great value, now getting over-priced
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/26/08
I have been going to Sam's Town about twice a year since around 2001, even before the big remodel. I have always thought Sam's to be be a great value and a fun place to spend a weekend. Over the past two years it's been less and less a value and now seems to be bordering on the "not worth it" level. The room rates, especially ...

The Server On Sunday afternoon March 2nd 2008 in the Penny Section,,,,, you are the RUDEST Server in all of Vegas that we have encountered so far. 4 of Us will never return to Sams Town Casino again. Being told over and over again by you that YOU DO NOT have TIME FOR this when we would ask you for a drink was getting rediculous. Had you not ...

My husband and I visit Las Vegas frequently and stay at my brother's. We always go to Sam's Town two or three times during our visit.
My husband suffers from dementia and I was in an embarassing situation. One of the waitresses in the casino was alert and recognized my problem and helped me to solve it.
