The only good thing about this hotel is that i saved me a few bucks but now i know why is so cheap to stay here. why i dislike this hotel i booked my room a week before my trip from California when i got there i expect the room that i booked prior to my trip the staff at the front was rude he told me i was lucky to get a room because it was sold ...

The place was dirty. The bed felt like sleeping on rocks. BESIDES ALL
THAT THEY ENDED WRONGFULL BILLING ME ON MY CREDIT CARD!

Huge Bathroom Counter to put 2 peoples toiletries. I'd recommend a Swedish massage by Susan. Felt good for a couple of days.(I have a bad back.) Casino staff friendly, casino very clean. Food not the greatest in Buffet or Restaurant, OK for the price. Try the Virtual Gambling - it's fun!

The only thng good about this place is the Buffet. Good food and Clean. The Slot machines are mostly 1 cent and don't pay off. Lost a lot of money. The Room was Filthy, Hair in the tub. Dirty grout in the tile. Carpet and walls were filthy. Electric Switch plates were hanging off the wall. The wall had holes in it. Did not enjoy the stay at all. Felt like I needed a shower the whole time. Maids did not even empty the trash.!!!

Its my first time in this hotel...and the people here are very very unrespectful..they wont listen to your complain and even do anything about it. Their room is stinky, smells mold, the carpet is wet..and its dirty.
And they cant do anything or even listen to your plead...DONT EVER TRY THIS HOTEL.....YOU DONT FEEL CLEAN....ITS STINKY...AND WILL ...

I know that most of the hotels at Laughlin need to be updated, and I have stayed at most of them at some point. This place truly was terrible, and if you are taking your kids, I would highly recommend you reconsider. It was dirty, stuffy, stinky, the towels and bed sheets were see thru. After reading all the awful reviews I was very nervous about staying at the River Palms. We always stay at the Aquarius. I have found my new GREAT GETAWAY! Everything was wonderful, from the friendly staff, the great restraunts, a ton of great gaming and very clean facility..We are already planning our next trip. For those of you that didnt like it, go stay at the Aquarius because they will have more room now LOL!
