We like the location, the cleaness of this hotel. It was a pleasant stay. We love the shower especially. The beddings were great as well. It is very close to the main strip.

Getting checked into the hotel was one of the worst hotels experiences I've had in quite some time. The Reception staff was slow to respond and not to Westin's ususal standards. Employees were standing around talking amongst themselves and not watching the guests line up to be checked in. A request for early check in was file at the time ...

The rooms were nice and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Just a 5 minute walk to the strip. Did not know that dogs were allowed at this hotel and first was worried that we would smell them in the rooms. But there was not any smell. The beds were very comfortable, Did not hear noise coming from other rooms. Over all a very nice stay.

This hotel needs to either go through another renovation or change their name because they are not a 4 star hotel and they are making all other westins that do meet up to their ratings look bad.

An absolute disappointment. We were expecting a 4-star hotel, and what we got were dirty hallways with phone books everywhere on the floor. The carpet was old and filthy with stains and spots everywhere. The hallway also smelled. Horrible housekeeping service where the maid was too lazy to clean the bathroom, and hair was everywhere on the floor.

I'd rate 2.5 to 3 max!

I am a Westin junkee. I stay at them whenever I can. When I saw they had one in Vegas, I opted to stay here instead of a mega Resort on the strip. Sadly, this is not Westin's best offering. They have only 10 suites, and after that all the rooms are identical. Small and somewhat dated. The decor, while probably very impressive for other 3* ...

Great hotel if you adore minimal cigarette smoke and minimal crowds. A very nice place to come "home to" after a night of hoards of people and smoke-filled rooms. We gambled for another 3 hours because it was so pleasant!
