I stayed at Incline Village last weekend and the staff was rude, unaccomodating, and downright hostile. Our rooms were filthy and the staff blamed us!

They even had the audacity to insult my children.

I will never stay in this hotel again.

My room had vaulted ceilings and two windows. The location was good.
I got there at noon or so and had to wander around Incline Village in July wearing a suit and toting luggage all because check-in was not until 3pm. That was UNPLEASANT.
