I enjoy staying at this hotel location on Lake Tahoe because of the beachfront rooms available to walk right out the door onto the sandy lake tahoe beachfront. It also has a lovely garden pool area view rooms,some with fireplaces,complimentary continental breakfast and if you don't want to be on the beach front other reasonble priced street front rooms.

We visited the Timber Cove from Sacramento 2 months ago. The staff is very helpful, the lake was right outside our room, and we were 5 minutes away from everything. It was great! We are going again next week to take the kids.

This resort is located right on the beach! The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated with fireplaces (great during the snowy nights). We loved it. We are locals and wanted to get away for the weekend in our own backyard. It was perfect. They have a great restaurant on a pier that had the most amazing sunset. The food was fantastic and organic. We will definitely recommend this resort to our out of town guests.

Best Western did great job with their hotel. The room was very comfortable with a fireplace and T.V. The scenary from the balcony was beautiful. We were able to look at Lake Tahoe from the balcony. I liked the fireplace in the room, but would have been great if had a tub in the bathroom.
